Sempione Boutique Hotel was built on the foundations of one of Stresa’s historic hotels. Simple yet innovative, it boasts a unique view and tranquility.
Requirement: digitize the hotel with cutting-edge solutions.
A centralized control unit manages the hotel's building automation systems, including remote control.
Our solution
13 fully digitized rooms.
The Vimar Building Automation used for digital room management interfaces through a Gateway with the Daikin air conditioning system.
The Siemens fire detection system and all electrical components concentrated in a single Schneider panel make this hotel a digitized gem.
The lighting system features LED spotlights, some of which are dimmable.
The audio system in the Spa area and the dimmable lamps, also in this environment, contribute to creating an exceptionally immersive atmosphere.
The total system has a power capacity of 120kW and a 10kW UPS unit is dedicated to the IT infrastructure.
