Electrical panels
Our extensive experience in electrical panel production has enabled us in recent years to begin manufacturing electrical panels for our systems as well as standalone automation and power panels. Today the entire sector is continuously evolving and follows new technologies in step with market demands.
Security
For us, security is a fundamental aspect for which we employ considerable resources, both in personnel training and in researching the most high-performance equipment on the market.
For this reason, we are able to offer the most varied solutions for implementing intrusion detection systems, whether for small homes, villas, warehouses, or for specialized installations such as shops or jewelry stores. Depending on requirements, these systems can be wired or wireless, and possibly interfaced with the existing electrical system, up to the implementation of home automation systems or closed-circuit video surveillance systems.
We also implement systems for multi-building facilities such as hospitals or city-wide video surveillance, using, depending on the case, the most common wired technology, IP technology, or professional radio bridges for remote signal transmission and reception.
System implementation also includes equipment programming services, which allow site viewing and control from any location, including via smartphone.
Maintenance
The experience gained over the years has led us not to neglect maintenance. It is essential to maintain contact with the systems, even for contracts of minimal economic impact, because it allows us to prevent and manage issues. Maintenance projects are carried out in compliance with regulations and aimed at keeping systems safe and efficient.
Each maintenance is accompanied by concise reports and corrective interventions are submitted to the customer as needed.
System maintenance is performed by experienced and qualified professionals capable of managing all phases of the operation, from handling administrative paperwork and documents to operational intervention.
Biannual
We ensure your safety over time through our scheduled maintenance service.
We perform biannual maintenance on the following systems:
- Fire detection
- Intrusion detection
- CCTV
- Emergency lighting
- Generator set
During visits, internal and external cleaning of control panels and power supplies is performed, all connections are verified, battery charging voltage is checked. Two alarm tests are performed: one for detector alarms and one for the control panel alarm. The operational status of sensors is checked, the quality of LIVE and RECORD images is verified, and proper remote connection is checked.
At the end of each inspection, the inspection register is completed and a report on the system status is prepared; if faulty or replacement parts are detected, a quote for their repair/replacement will be provided.
Having preventive and scheduled interventions over time allows maintaining the system in perfect working condition, improving performance, and reducing consumption.
Annual
In order to preserve systems over time, regular and consistent maintenance activity is essential to be performed periodically on:
Verification of electrical panel accessibility, temperature control, tightening of bolts, screws and terminals, verification of circuit identification labels, panel cleaning, sample testing of ground values with HT Italia instrument.
Input/output voltage measurements, inverter room temperature verification, general visual inspection, verification and possible tightening of connections, fan efficiency verification, battery charge and general condition verification, inverter and capacitors, completion of inspection register.
HV/LV transformer substation and main LV panel
Visual inspection of general panel condition, inverter room functionality and temperature verification, surge arrester and protection efficiency control, panel cleaning.
