The client needed to eliminate gas heating in the warehouses, replacing it with electric heating systems, and to cover energy needs with green energy.
After analyzing the type of structure and carefully evaluating the project’s sustainability in terms of energy savings and economic return, the new system was proposed and subsequently installed.
We installed 212 modules of 425 Wp each for a total surface area of 423.58 m². The modules were connected to two Growatt inverters of 60 kWp and 25 kWp. The total production of the photovoltaic array is 90 kWp, the system is fully monitored and accessible via app




Our commitment in proposing energy production systems is to evaluate all possible solutions taking into account environmental impact, all technical aspects, economic sustainability with return on investment, and not least the benefit to the community.
Our solution
We received a request from a renowned local company specializing in metal machining (steel, aluminum and iron), which produces professional ladles and handles precision machining, both manual and robotic. The company wishes to integrate:
– Fossil fuel savings;
– Production of electrical energy without emissions of polluting substances.
A useful indicator for defining the fuel savings resulting from the use of renewable energy sources is the conversion factor of electrical energy into primary energy [TOE/MWh].
This coefficient identifies the TOE (Tons of Oil Equivalent) necessary for the production of 1 MWh of energy, or the TOE saved with the adoption of photovoltaic technologies for electrical energy production.
The TOE saved for this system in one year is 16.81.
