A new challenge has begun in collaboration with AEDES S.r.l. for the installation of electrical systems at the new Palazzo Restellini, located in an exclusive area of Verbania, just steps away from the Basilica of San Vittore and the lakeside promenade.
The complex will consist of 27 residential units (two-room, three-room, four-room apartments, and a penthouse) equipped with all the latest generation comforts and a high technological profile:
- Heat and cooling production via a heat pump system.
- Bticino Smart home automation system for the complete management of lighting and shutters, as well as climate control, video intercom, and voice commands. Owners will be able to control the entire environment locally or via an app.
- Centralized TV system for digital satellite and terrestrial signals.
- Provision for an anti-intrusion system connectable to the home automation system and provision for a video surveillance system in common areas.
- Photovoltaic array consisting of 48 solar panels integrated into the roof for a total of 20 kWp, which will optimize energy savings.
