The new headquarters

The company’s evolutionary project was created to guarantee a high level of quality for systems and to satisfy the client in any situation.

Aware that technological and regulatory evolution regarding systems no longer allows the so-called electrician of the past to be trained in everything, we decided to structure the company into three technical sectors and five specialized operational sectors. Through functional integration and the support of a constantly evolving IT system, these sectors are capable of proposing any type of system.

Comimpianti is a structured company designed to handle all types of systems. it is based on technical and specialized departmental sections that work in synergy for project development.

For this reason, the company has undertaken major structural and operational investments in recent years to achieve increasingly ambitious goals. The leader’s objective is to generate the emotional resonance that allows everyone to realize their potential.

With the new headquarters, the structural objective was achieved, providing adequate dimensions for the development of the company’s potential. The electrical panel production section was structured and reorganized with two dedicated employees, optimizing the production process. Suitable spaces were established for the operational sectors and the handling of raw materials. The technical structure was strengthened with adequate spaces, the renewal of IT components, and a new multimedia room. Additionally, the redesign of the website using the latest technologies was launched to allow us to inform clients of new and future corporate developments.

The company has been structured and divided into sectors.

MM (Administration) handles all administrative and economic aspects, the quality management system, accounting, and human resources.

TEC (Technical) provides technical assistance to the operational sections regarding regulations, technical documentation, and the development of projects and quotes.

ALM (Purchasing, Logistics, Materials) manages raw materials for purchasing, logistics, and storage.

Specialized operational sectors:

SIC (Security) handles security systems such as fire and flood detection, alarm systems, and CCTV systems for specific contracts, as well as special systems included in the contracts of the specialized sectors (ART-ORT-IRT). It also handles maintenance and inspections according to UNI standards, emergency lighting checks, and the preparation of quotes for systems within its competence.

QEM (Electrical Panels and Maintenance) handles the production and assembly, primarily on-site, of electrical panels, fiber optic and Wi-Fi data networks, Level 1 maintenance on electrical panels, and supports the tabulation of quotes for system components within its competence.

ART (Hospitality, Residential, Tourism), a specialized sector focusing on the hotel industry, handles assigned contracts, maintenance, and interventions for assigned systems and clients, and interacts with other sections for specific organizational and support issues.

ORT (Healthcare, Residential, Tourism), a specialized sector focusing on the hospital industry, handles assigned contracts and interacts with other sections for specific organizational and support issues; it also handles ongoing maintenance and inspections according to regulations.

IRT (Industrial, Residential, Tourism), a specialized sector focusing on the industrial industry, handles assigned contracts, maintenance, and interventions for assigned systems and clients, and interacts with other sections for specific organizational and support issues.

The organizational project, after an initial adjustment period, involves the revision of organizational and operational processes for raw material management and contract management.

The dedication of our staff has allowed us to grow over the years and to test increasingly advanced technologies capable of improving the quality of work.
